About Us

I remember being 13 years old and drawing a tiny dot on the wall near my bed so that I could focus on it, in order to fall asleep.  I don’t know why I had trouble sleeping, or when it began.  I just know that I was troubled by insomnia for about 25 years before I discovered CBT-i.

It changed my life!  I re-trained and now help others to learn how to sleep better.  It works and it’s my life’s passion to help others who suffer as I did and find a way to re-discover their life by sleeping better.
