I remember being 13 years old and drawing a tiny dot on the wall near my bed so I could focus on it, just to fall asleep. I don’t know exactly when my sleep problems began, but insomnia was a part of my life for about 25 years. It was exhausting, lonely, and at times overwhelming. When I eventually discovered CBT-i, it changed everything.

Learning how to sleep properly gave me my life back, and it sparked a new passion. I re-trained so I could help others find their way back to healthy sleep too. It works and it’s my life’s passion to help others who suffer as I did and find a way to re-discover their life by sleeping better.

At Insomnia Healing, I combine specialist knowledge of sleep science with compassionate, integrative psychotherapy to offer a truly holistic approach to insomnia treatment. My work is grounded in evidence-based methods, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), while also recognizing the deeply personal experiences that affect each person’s sleep.

I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve lasting change, not just through strategies and techniques, but by creating a safe and supportive space where healing can begin at its own pace. Alongside proven practical tools to improve sleep, we can also work together to understand and address any underlying causes where appropriate, helping you build a stronger and more sustainable foundation for healthy, restorative rest.
