Can we Improve Quality of Life with Insomnia?

A meta-analysis of 24 studies looked into whether people’s quality of life can be improved if they treat their insomnia with CBT-i.

Quality of Life (QoL) is difficult to measure and to consider scientifically, especially as the measures differ from study to study. However, there is an overall improvement found in people’s QoL when their insomnia improves as a direct result of CBT-i’s effectiveness.
